Torched Aspen - Populus grandidentata

Torched Aspen varies in color between a light brown to a pale yellow color.  Due to Aspens unique grain pattern certain portions are softer and tend to darken when exposed to a blow torch leaving the harder portions uncharred.  This creates unique dark striping that that it incredibly striking to look at.
