Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
Placing an Order:
When placing an order I require your mailing address along with the email address linked to your PayPal account. If you don't have a paypal account you will still be able to pay with a major credit card. I do require a small deposit up front for certain deck boxes.
I will send you an invoice a few days before I start building. After you have transferred the funds I can start building your box. You will receive a shipping notification through paypal or USPS after I have printed the label and it will contain the tracking information for your box.
How Long Does it Take?
Due to the immense number of custom orders I take. The standard wait time is about 6-8 weeks between build cycles. However, its common that people are able to sneak in early depending on the style of the box that is being made. Contact me for more information.
Box Maintinance:
Wood in an incredibly strong and resilient material with that said there are a few tips that will help your box last.
- Your box can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth or any wood cleaning product.
- Avoid direct sunlight as some species color can change with exposure to UV light.
- Moving and sliding parts can occasionally be waxed to maintain smooth operation.
-Avoid major temperature and humidity changes. Wood is a natural organic substance that can expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity. This on rare occasions. Can cause minute changes in the fit of sliding and moving parts in each deck box. This is a completely natural process and if this ever becomes a problem please contact me I can help. I stand behind my products!
SHIPPING
All boxes are shipped via USPS. The smaller boxes are usually sent USPS first class and cost about $7 ($28 for international shipments). Larger or multiple boxes are sent USPS priority mail and will include insurance during transit. A conscious effort is made to keep the shipping cost to a minimum.

Your box is guaranteed against mistakes made during the construction of your box. I will make every effort to repair or construct a new box for you! Yes, I pay any and all shipping fees associated with this. I stand behind my products, your satisfaction is always guaranteed!
